Being a finalist for this award recognises the work of so many people who have been part of Humanidad Vigente, for their commitment and effort.  It is a recognition that we extend to the communities, women and men, children and young people we have worked with and together learned how to demand our human rights.

This recognition will raise awareness about our work, which is anonymous for many people, but is so valuable and has built peace in this country, even before this post-agreement situation.
