This is one of the terrible scenes that occurred nineteen years ago, on the 16th of May 1998, a group of fifty paramilitaries entered a party in Barrancabermeja. That night they took 25 people and left seven lifeless bodies throughout the neighborhood. The others who were taken were killed and buried in mass graves.
Today all the social and human rights organizations of Barrancabermeja came together to remember the victims of the Barrancabermeja massacre.
